In-Home Consultation

Looking for some advice? Caz can meet you in your space to discuss where you are, where you want to be, and how we can help get you there. Maybe its that awkward room you can’t quite figure out, a layout that just doesn’t work, or furniture selection assistance. Caz will walk through your space and also listen to your ideas and dreams. Sometimes you can’t quite put your finger on it: it’s just a space you’re not keen to be in. Caz’s years of experience in spacial planning (commercial and residential) help her to see your space in a whole new light.

Consults are between 1-2 hours. Within that time you can use Caz for any of your design needs. Whether large or small, all are important. After the consult, you can chose how you would like to proceed with Caz Co Design and Build. If the consult alone fulfills your needs, wonderful! We will see you for the next project. If you’d like to proceed to the next stage, we go from there, where ever that might be!

Interior & Spacial Design

The Interior and Spacial Design process includes an initial consult, schematic design, purchasing, and installation. We do not include architectural plans (at this stage), but we have layout/floor plan option. We pride ourselves on being entirely client focused. This means that you should feel comfortable giving Caz Co as much or as little responsibility as you feel comfortable with. Some clients prefer to hand over the reins completely and give Caz Co the freedom to explore, advise and present all manner of options. Other clients prefer to work more closely with us. Maybe you have your own ideas and you just need a little professional help pulling them together. We accommodate either and all options in between.

Project Management and General Contracting

Caz Co is here to take the load off. People often find out the hard way that interviewing, selecting, and managing reliable contractors can be a full time job. We can assume responsibility for all of the above. Would you believe us if we said we actually enjoy it? Bringing to fruition an idea; a dream is the heart of our company.

Furniture Selection and Procurement

Caz Co will research, select, and procure furniture and decor for your required space. We present you with digital vision and/or product boards which we can tweak as needed. Working with a wide and varied choice of brands, we can bring you the best quality furniture and decor at the best prices.
